Through multi-stage optimization design of magnetic circuit and precise control of bearing capacity, the traditional contact transmission is transformed into non-contact suspension transmission to achieve ultra-low power loss and improve the power generation efficiency of wind power equipment. Focus on solving the vibration, noise, life and other problems plaguing wind power equipment, to achieve no contact, low vibration, long life. At present, we have obtained 3 invention patents and 17 utility model patents.

At present, with the rapid growth of new energy demand, it brings many challenges to the supply chain of wind power equipment. Among them, wind power spindle bearing has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of wind power industry. At present, about 98% of the market share of domestic wind power spindle bearings above 6MW is occupied by imported enterprises, while domestic bearing enterprises only occupy about 32% share in 3-6MW, and most of them are concentrated in small power levels. There is a big gap between them and imported bearings in key parameters such as life and capacity. The spindle bearings developed by Magna can meet the application range of 1MW to 30MW wind power spindle bearings, which has many advantages. It is of great significance to get rid of the import dependence of wind power main bearings and protect the safety of the national wind power industry chain.
