Recently, Hubei Province Development and Reform Commission issued "Notice on promoting the implementation of major energy security construction ", pointed out that accelerating the development and utilization of wind power scale in areas with richer resources and better conditions to promote the construction of distributed wind power projects that are suitable for wind resources and close to load centers.According to the notice, by 2020, 013.40.1120.101.04.11F1 CRANE QY-12 Hubei Province will put into operation 3 million kilowatts of wind power. The total investment of all renewable energy projects will be 40 billion yuan, with a total investment of 12 billion yuan in 2017.
