  • Site Description: Dalian HuaYang JingGong (HYJG) Precision Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in June, 2004, the registered capital is 20 million Yuan. HYJG is located in Wawo Industrial Park, Wafangdian city, Liaoning Province. The workshops cover an area of 27250㎡,has 180 employees including 30% technical staff. HYJG has passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System approved by LRQA. 　　Science 2005, HYJG hired a Germany expert who ever worked for FAG and INA more than 20 years as a technical consultant for regularly technical guidance and training. 　　The production range of HYJG products is from Φ80mm to Φ1400mm. Main products are plain bearings, full complement cylindrical roller bearings and double row self-aligning roller bearings as well as non-standard bearings according to customer’ requirements. The precision is P4/P5 class. Thereinto, self-lubricating bearing has granted a national patent. 　　The new work plant was put into used in 2011, and the joint production line for martensitic quenching & bainite hardening made the internal organization of the bearings more stable. At the same time, the introduction of a CNC grinding machine and raceway ultra precision equipment made the accuracy of the level and quality truly achieved a qualitative leap.　　 Our products are mainly used as auxiliary parts for serveral Chinese large enterprises, including Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and DHI·DCW Group Co.,Ltd. etc. We are trying to build our company into a modernized enterprise through continuously sticking to high-quality goods strategy and scientific management.
